What is this about?
As a pregnant woman, do you feel overwhelmed by all (care) options, or does it feel like a tight frame without much room to move? Have you already given birth and do you want to approach it differently this time, so that you are heard and seen? In this workshop we give some concrete tips and practical information to shape care around the birth, so that it fits your needs and preferences. A respectful birth gives a more relaxed start for the whole family. With less chance of postpartum depression and birth trauma, you can enjoy your baby more. A respectful birth is also valuable for your baby, both in the short and long term.
There is also room to ask questions. You can forward them in advance so that they are certainly discussed.
